Qualification:
- Ph.D. in Management / MBA with First Class from a reputed University.
- Minimum 15 years of teaching and academic experience, of which at least 5 years should be in an administrative/leadership role (HOD/Dean/Vice-Principal/Principal).
- Strong academic background with research publications in reputed journals.
- Proven ability in institution building, accreditation, NAAC/NBA compliance, and academic administration.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and networking skills.
2. Faculty — MBA (Assistant Professor / Associate Professor / Professor)
Specializations Required:
- Marketing
- Finance

- Business Analytics / Operations / IT / Entrepreneurship
Experience & Qualification:
- MBA with First Class or Ph.D. in the relevant specialization (as per AICTE/UGC norms).
- Assistant Professor: Minimum 2-3 years of teaching/industry experience.
- Associate Professor: Minimum 8 years of teaching/research/industry experience with research publications.
- Professor: Minimum 10 years of experience with at least 5 years at Associate Professor level and significant research credentials.
