• Minimum 3–5 years experience in college admissions / educational marketing
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record in achieving admission targets
• Excellent communication and counseling abilities
• Ability to coordinate with management, faculty, and consultants
• Multilingual candidates preferred (languages other than English & Tamil will be an added advantage)

2. Admission Telemarketing Executives
• Experience in admission counseling / telecalling preferred
• Strong convincing and follow-up skills
• Ability to handle student and parent queries professionally
• Target-oriented and energetic
• Multilingual speaking ability preferred (English/Tamil/Hindi / Malayalam / Telugu / Kannada or other regional languages)
