Job Location: M.A.M College of Engineering, Siruganur, Trichy
Job Type: Full -Time
Responsibilities:
- Identify and invite potential recruiters to participate in campus placement drives.
- Plan and schedule on-campus and virtual recruitment drives.
- Coordinate logistics such as venue booking, student registration, interviewer support, and technical arrangements.
- Ensure smooth execution of pre-placement talks, written tests, group discussions, and interviews
- Identify students’ skill gaps and arrange necessary skill development workshops or courses.
- Identify department-specific placement opportunities
- Use feedback to enhance placement strategies and student preparedness.
Requirements:
- Minimum: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (preferred: HR, Business Administration, Education, Engineering, or Social Sciences).
2.. Preferred: Master’s degree in human resources, MBA, or relevant field.
- Certifications in career counselling, HR, or soft skills training are a plus.
- 2–5 years of relevant experience in:
- Campus placements
- Career services
- Corporate relations
- HR or recruitment
- For senior positions: 5+ years and proven track record in placing students or building industry partnerships.
- Freshers with strong communication and internship experience in HR/career services may be considered for junior roles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Public speaking ability (for addressing students and recruiters)
- Active listening and empathy for student counselling
