Qualification: Ph.D/ Master’s degree, Bachelor’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees in the appropriate branch, with an exemplary academic record throughout.
Responsibilities-
SOFT SKILL TRAINER
- Design effective training programs and customize it as per the Requirements of the Students.
- Conduct seminars, workshops, and individual training sessions for the Students. etc.
- Prepare educational material such as module summaries, videos as a Study Material for Individual Growth.
- Support and mentor Students as per their SWOT.
- Keep Records and Maintain a Individual Growth Chart of each Student, for the Competency Mapping.
- Manage training budgets
- Conduct evaluations to identify areas of improvement
- Monitor Individual performance and response to training.
