Job Title/Designation: Telecaller Receptionist (Female Only)
Key Responsibilities:
- Make outbound calls to prospective students/parents to explain courses and encourage admissions
- Handle incoming calls and direct them to the concerned departments
- Maintain and update lead/student databases regularly
- Schedule appointments for inquiries and counseling sessions
- Greet visitors, provide accurate information, and ensure a welcoming reception experience
- Support daily front-office administration tasks
Requirements:
- Female candidates only
- Good communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, etc.)
- Prior experience in telecalling or front desk role is an advantage.
