Roles and Responsibilities:
Instructional Designers 8-10 years of experience; a minimum of Masters degree in any
discipline is desired; must have up to date knowledge of current Instructional Design practices;be well-versed in Pedagogical theories applied especially to Business/Management and Engineering courses; knowledge of SLM Writing and re-designing/editing the same;
evaluating/reviewing curricula and courses; developing student manuals and teaching guides; familiarity required with Flipped Classroom and online mode of materials in the university system; excellent command over English; excellent Writing Skills; published work if possible.
Video Editors Minimum 5 years of experience; must have the requisite technical skills and
training for video recording and editing from a reputed institution ; must have a solid
understanding of academic AV materials, their style and format; have good command over
English; should be able to write sentences or one liners for videos in English if required.
Graphic Designers Minimum experience 5 years; must have the requisite technical skills and training for Graphic Designing and editing from a reputed institution ; must have a solid grasp over academic materials, their design, style and format; have good command over English; should be able to write sentences or one liners for PPTs or slides in English if required.
Content Editors Minimum experience of about 5 years; Masters degree in Literature/English/Linguistics; must be well-versed in writing, editing, and proof-reading content in various areas including academic course materials; must possess language editing skills; will be required to edit copious amount of content copy keeping to the specified format; excellent command over English; comfort in rewriting narrative works keeping the core content intact is a desired quality.
Coordinators Have 3-5 years of experience in official setups, particularly university environment; Bachelors or Masters in any discipline; will be coordinating between committees and individuals, and faculty and authorities; will make and follow up schedules of tasks and goals; keep minutes of meetings; outline delivery timetables; have a solid knowledge of working with Excel sheets, Windows, PPTs, etc.; have excellent communication skills and good command over spoken and written English.
Social Media Content Writers Minimum 5 years of experience in Social Media Content Writing, coordinating, and updating; bachelor’s or Masters in any area; strong familiarity with platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram; digital media content writing experience for education, management, sciences, and research; to work closely with graphic designers and video editors in optimizing target audience behaviour; ability to select and optimize images, graphics, and videos.
