Position: HR-MANAGER

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute HR strategies that align with the university’s overall mission and goals.
  • Lead the HR department, including recruitment, training, performance management, and employee relations.
  • Advise and support university leadership on HR-related matters and strategies.
  • Ensure effective onboarding and orientation programs for new hires.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive work culture that promotes employee engagement and satisfaction.
  • Implement and oversee performance appraisal systems to monitor and improve employee performance.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

Should be MBA or equivalent, with specialization in HR, from a reputed Institution with minimum of 10-15 years of experience in handling a large gamut of HR activities, out of which 5 years as HR Manager. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Position: Deputy Registrar (Academic Affairs)

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee registration process, academic schedules & calendars, and maintain student records, frame academic schedules and calendars
  2. Coordination with departments, regulatory bodies, accrediting agencies etc.
  3. Implementation of strategic planning

Minimum Qualifications & Experience:

 A Master’s degree with a minimum of 55% marks or a minimum CGPA of 5.5 on a 10-point scale or equivalent is required, along with the following experience:

Nine years’ of experience as Assistant Professor in the AGP of Rs.6000 and above, with experience in educational administration,

Or

Comparable experience in research establishment and/or other institutions of higher education,

Or

5 years’ of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar or in an equivalent post
