  • Planning and executing PR campaigns, strategies
  • Build good and strong relationships with media (Newspaper and Television).
  • Monitor media, including newspapers, magazines, journals, television, newswires, social media sites and blogs, on a regular basis regarding news about VIT and other institutes.

Job Summary:

Responsible for all Human Resource activities for the University. Provide advice, assistance and follow-up on university policies, procedures, and documentation. Coordinate the resolution of specific policy-related and procedural problems and inquiries.

Education – MBA with specialization in HR from a reputed Institute

Experience:

  • Should have minimum 8 – 10 years of experience in two or more of the following areas: human resources management, organizational development/change management, process improvement (Six Sigma preferred), compensation, Staffing, Promotion, Performance Evaluation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for all human resource activities to include Employment, Compensation, Employee relations, Benefits, and Training & Development.
  • Interview Process, Develop and maintain relationship with Employment Agencies, universities and other recruitment sources.
  • Design and conduct new employee orientations.
  • Administer and explain benefits to employees
