Duties & Responsibilities:
- Manage, design, develop, create and maintain small-scale to large-scale construction projects in a safe, timely and sustainable manner
- Conduct on site investigations and analyze data (maps, reports, tests, drawings as per norms and other details)
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies and draw up blueprints that satisfy technical and quality specifications
- Assess potential risks, materials and costs
- Provide advice and resolve creatively any emerging problems/deficiencies and settle the onsite issues
- Oversee and mentor staff coordination and liaise with a variety of stakeholders
- Handle over the resulting structures and services for use in time
- Monitor progress and compile reports on time of project status
- Manage budget and purchase equipment/materials/implements
- Comply with guidelines and regulations including permits, safety etc and deliver technical documentation as required

Desired additional capabilities:
- Preparation of bill of quantities and rate analysis for non-tender items
- Estimation with drawing and coordinating with consultant for drawing release & implementation
- Project scheduling and handling material resources & man power planning
- Daily, weekly and monthly plans to streamline the project without any delay in completion of the project as per schedule
- Preparing resource analysis every month(man, power & material)
- Supervising all construction activities including providing technical inputs for methodologies of construction and coordination with site management our LPA department, Electrical Department & maintenance department
- Persuading contractor and consultants for clearances, resolving bottleneck and approvals
- Preparing DPR, WPR & Monthly progress report and submitting to Top Management(MIS Report)
- Certifying running Account bill of contractor as per the terms of contract
- Engaging the engineer and supervisor and executing project as per the requirement
- Preparing rate & procurement analysis for cost control in building construction activities.
- Efficient tactical skills to negotiate in procurement of cost of building materials to minimize the expenditure.
Required experience & skill:
Experience in Years : 15 years and above
Age in years : 45 years & above.
Remuneration : Best in Industry & Negotiable.
- Proven working experience in civil engineering in huge projects
- Excellent knowledge of design and visualizations software such as Auto CAD, Civil 3D or similar
- Proficiency in site layout, grading, utility design, erosion control, regulatory approvals etc.
- Project management and supervision skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- BE/ME in Civil Engineering with adequate experience
