Qualifications: 

Assistant Professor:

• Ph.D. or Fellow from reputed Indian and Foreign universities/institutions
• First-class or equivalent (in grade or points) in the Master’s degree with an excellent academic record
• A post-PhD experience in teaching/research will be preferred
• Must have demonstrated research capabilities in publications in reputed journals. In the absence of publication in reputed journals, authored books (not edited) with a reputed publisher can be considered.

Associate Professor: 

• Ph.D. or Fellow from reputed Indian and Foreign universities/institutions
• First-class or equivalent (in grade or points) in the Master’s degree with an excellent academic record
• Must have demonstrated adequate independent research experience in publications in reputed journals.
• A post-PhD Experience of six years, of which at least three years should be at the level of Assistant Professor level (Pay Matrix 12A or above)

Professor: 

• Ph.D. or Fellow from reputed Indian and Foreign universities/institutions
• First-class or equivalent (in grade or points) in the Master’s degree with an outstanding academic record
• Must have demonstrated leadership in research in a specific area of specialization with a strong record of publications in reputed journals.
• A minimum of ten years of post – Ph.D. teaching/research/professional experience, of which at least four years should be at the level of Associate Professor (Pay Matrix 13C or above)

RBI Chair Professor:

• Ph. D. or equivalent at the preceding degree with first class, an outstanding academic record, and ten years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching/research, five years should be as an Associate Professor or equivalent.
• Candidates should have exhibited leadership in research or consultancy projects of substantial size and scope in the last five years. Candidates should have a proven record of outstanding publications in top journals and have the ability to guide large projects.

• Assistant Professor:
  Assistant Professor 11 – Grade II – IRMA Pay Matrix 11 (Rs 67,700 – Rs 2,08,700) Gross Annual C.T.C. will be around Rs. 15,86,816/- at the Basic pay of 67,700/ and Rs. 48,60,452/- at the Basic pay of 2,08,700/-
  Assistant Professor 12A – Grade I– IRMA Pay Matrix 12A (Rs 83,600 – Rs 2,09,200) Gross Annual C.T.C. will be around Rs. 19,55,984/- at the Basic pay of 83,600/- and Rs. Rs. 48,72,076/- at the Basic pay of 2,09,200/-
• Associate Professor:
  IRMA Pay Matrix 13C (Rs 1,37,000- Rs 2,13,500) Gross Annual C.T.C. will be around Rs. 31,95,776/- at the Basic pay of 1,37,000 and Rs. 49,71,908/- at the Basic pay of 2,13,500/-
• Professor:
  IRMA Pay Matrix 14 A (1,49,100 – 2,18,900) Gross Annual C.T.C. will be around Rs. 34,76,712/- at the Basic pay of 1,49,100 and Rs. 50,97,284/- at the Basic pay of 2,18,900/-
