Organization Profile: IIM Shillong has been set up with a vision of expansion and mobilization of facilities for offering good quality management education and research in the Northeastern region of India. The decision of coming up with an Indian Institute of Management in the North East was unanimously taken by the Union Minister of Human Resource Development along with the Chief Ministers of the North Eastern States in the Review Meeting held at Shillong during June 2004.

Job Title: Academic Associate (Teaching)

Qualification & Experience: Ph.D. in the appropriate branch with first class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) in the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout.

Duration: Contract for a period of 2 years and extendable by another one year based on performance

Job Location: Shillong, Meghalaya

Remuneration:

Rs. 70,000/- fixed per month
