Job Title:

• Admission Counsellor, Team Lead

Qualification: Any undergraduate/postgraduate degree or equivalent Permanent

Experience: 1-2 years experience in university/college environment, in admissions/ registration or student services preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities:
The job holder assists in the recruitment and admissions of students for a particular HKBK Institution by getting in touch with the candidate(s) lead generated from various marketing campaigns. Counselling through data calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk in.
Job holder schedules and conducts campus tours for the prospective student(s) and their parents

Responsibilities: 
• Information assimilation
• Counsel students and assist in the recruitment
• Provide pre-admission counselling and advise the students regarding the admission process.
• Follow up and closure of leads.
• Assist students during the Admissions process
• Participate in the Admissions event(s) when necessary
• Handling queries over the telephone.
• Converting leads into admissions.
• Calling on given leads.
• Guide students on a sense of accountability & highest opportunities for academic success.
• Directly responsible to achieve the targets for new enrolments
• Create and submit the MIS Reports
• Maintain confidentiality of data.
• Generate walk-ins from telephonic leads, leads from other sources and referrals.
• Counseling through data calling, chat, e-mail and prospective students walk in.

Indicative Tasks: 

 Build broad knowledge on the college admission activities and guidelines.
• Have in-depth understanding of the HKBK courses and offerings Counsel students and assist in recruitment:
• Speak to each of the lead generated via marketing campaigns and understand their interest(s) in HKBK program/courses
• Guide the candidate with the right choice according to their education, interest, etc.
• Schedule campus tours and conduct guided tours for the students/parents and provide details w.r.t. the course/programs.
• Connect the interested candidate(s) with the Admissions Manager for the admissions procedure.
• Assist in the coordination of admissions interview panel and provide administrative support
• Report on applicant status from time to time to the Leadership team/Management. Assist students during the Admissions process.
• Review student applications for eligibility and academic qualification.
