Position Overview: The Head of Department for BBA & BCA will provide strategic academic leadership, foster excellence in teaching and research, and ensure high standards of professional education. This role involves curriculum oversight, faculty development, student outcomes, coordination between departments, and alignment with regulatory and accreditation bodies.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Essential: Ph.D. in Management / Business Administration / Computer Applications / a relevant discipline
- Minimum of 10+ years of total experience in higher education, including teaching and administrative/leadership roles
- Demonstrated experience in heading or coordinating academic units (department/division)
- A strong record of research and publications
- Familiarity with regulatory frameworks, accreditation bodies, and academic governance
