Essential Qualifications:
- Assistant Professor: Scholars, Experts, and practitioners with Ph.D. or Master’s Degree minimum of 55 % or equivalent in Commerce discipline and/or Practitioners in Bharatiya – Indic/Sanskrit/ Prakrit language and literature, lexicography, and Indian philosophy – Shastra Shikshan, including Sahitya, Darshanas, and IKS-based approaches on knowledge paradigms.
Understanding in literary criticism, focusing on the Indian mind thought process and its relevance in the global context.
Indic knowledge in the areas of Archaeo Astronomy, PreSiddhantic Astronomy, Vastu Shastram, Indic Architecture – Sthapatya kala, Puranas, Navya Nyay, Manuscriptology, Veda and Vedanta, Yoga, Ayurveda and many more subjects from the linguistic, Academic and philosophical aspects of IKS.
Note: Ph.D. candidate will be given preference. - Research Assistant: Master’s degree in relevant field in scope of research, with a minimum of 55% marks or equivalent.
Desirable Qualifications: “Familiarity with traditional knowledge
systems & advanced research methodologies.”

Pay Scale:
- Assistant Professor: 80,000/- * INR (Maximum as per qualification and experience. 80000 per month (fix pay))
- Research Assistant: 25000/- (Maximum, depending upon qualification & experience)
