The incumbent will be responsible for:
- Transforming a young graduate into a potential business manager within a span of two years by using all the modern methods of teaching.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Master / Doctoral degree in Business Administration, Business Analytics, Information Systems, Operations Research, Quantitate Methods with distinction or first class is desirable.
- 2 to 5 years of corporate and/or teaching experience in the field of HR & Business Analytics at a leading university or college are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates who can teach courses in HR & Business Analytics, Visualisation and consumer Analytics are especially encouraged.
- Proficiency with R, Tableau is mandatory.
- Comfort with technologies such as R, Python, Tableau and Analytics with Excel will be an added advantage.
- Candidates not willing to serve minimum one year should not apply.
