About the FDP/Workshop

LekSha Research Centre (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce a Five-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP)/Workshop on “Decoding Qualitative & Mixed Data: IPA, Grounded Theory, Spatial Mapping, and Joint Displays in MAXQDA,” scheduled from 2 to 6 November 2026.

The programme is designed to enhance the qualitative and mixed methods research competencies of faculty members, Ph.D. scholars, research supervisors, postgraduate students, academicians, and research professionals through practical, hands-on training using MAXQDA.

Qualitative research plays an essential role in understanding human experiences, social phenomena, institutional practices, and complex research problems. However, researchers often face challenges in organizing large volumes of qualitative data, systematically developing codes and themes, applying appropriate analytical frameworks, and integrating qualitative findings with quantitative evidence.

This workshop aims to address these challenges by providing structured training in qualitative data management, Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), Grounded Theory, Qualitative Content Analysis, visual mapping, and mixed methods integration.

Participants will learn how to import and organize research documents, code interview transcripts, construct analytical categories, develop experiential themes, visualize relationships among qualitative concepts, and generate joint displays for integrating qualitative and quantitative findings.

The workshop also introduces advanced MAXQDA features such as MAXMaps, Codelines, Document Comparison Charts, document variables, and MAXQDA Stats to support systematic and transparent research analysis.

Special Benefit: Every participant will receive a complimentary 45-Day MAXQDA Professional License, as announced in the programme brochure.

The programme emphasizes practical demonstrations, guided exercises, sample datasets, analytical interpretation, and the preparation of research outputs suitable for dissertations, research reports, and scholarly publications.
