About the FDP/Workshop

LekSha Research Centre (OPC) Pvt. Ltd. is pleased to announce a Ten-Day Online Faculty Development Programme (FDP)/Workshop designed to strengthen advanced quantitative, qualitative, and mixed methods research competencies among faculty members, research scholars, academicians, and research professionals.

The programme comprises two independent yet complementary five-day workshops, enabling participants to develop practical expertise in statistical analysis, Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), qualitative data analysis, and mixed methods research integration.

Part I: Quantitative Research Using jamovi (26–30 October 2026)

The first five-day workshop, titled “The Quantitative Researcher’s Toolkit: Inferential Statistics, Factor Analysis, and Structural Equation Modeling in jamovi,” focuses on advanced statistical analysis using jamovi, a free and open-source statistical software package.

Participants will learn descriptive and inferential statistics, parametric and non-parametric hypothesis testing, correlation and regression, Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA), Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), and mediation analysis. Special emphasis will be placed on interpreting statistical results, assessing model fit, and presenting publication-ready findings.

Part II: Qualitative & Mixed Methods Research Using MAXQDA (2–6 November 2026)

The second five-day workshop, titled “Decoding Qualitative & Mixed Data: IPA, Grounded Theory, Spatial Mapping, and Joint Displays in MAXQDA,” focuses on systematic qualitative data analysis and the integration of qualitative and quantitative research findings.

Participants will receive practical training in MAXQDA, covering Interpretative Phenomenological Analysis (IPA), Grounded Theory, Qualitative Content Analysis, conceptual mapping, spatial visualization, and mixed methods integration. The programme will also demonstrate how to construct joint displays and transform qualitative findings into quantitative variables for further statistical analysis.

Special Software Benefit: Participants will have access to jamovi (free and open-source) and a complimentary 45-day MAXQDA Professional License, as advertised for the first 50 participants.

The programme emphasizes practical learning through guided demonstrations, sample datasets, hands-on exercises, analytical interpretation, and research reporting techniques relevant to scholarly publication.
