Job description-
- Deliver lectures, lead studios, and conduct practicals in core subjects of Architecture (Design, Building Construction, History of Architecture, Services, etc.).
- Guide students in architectural design projects, thesis, and academic research.
- Participate in curriculum development, academic planning, and syllabus implementation as per VTU guidelines.
- Conduct internal assessments, examinations, and evaluation duties.
- Mentor students in academic, personal, and career development.
- Contribute to institutional growth through committee work, workshops, and events.
- Engage in research, publications, and continuous professional development.
- Ensure adherence to COA norms and VTU academic standards.
Requirements and skills-
- Strong design and visualization skills.
- Proficiency in architectural softwares.
- Effective communication, leadership, and teamwork capabilities.
- Passion for teaching and innovation in pedagogy.
- Excellent research, writing and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with NAAC/NBA/COA/VTU accreditation processes.
