Candidate Profile: The institution is looking for candidates who
- Have good communication skills
- Can successfully execute R&D and consultancy (will be considered)
- Can handle value-added courses (preferred)
Responsibilities: Selected candidates will be expected to
- Teach and guide students in their subject area, for the teaching posts
- Supervise daily hostel activities and maintain discipline among students, for the Warden post
- Ensure safety and security of hostel residents
- Maintain hostel attendance, movement and occupancy records
- Handle student grievances and provide necessary support
- Monitor cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of hostel premises
- Coordinate with housekeeping, security and mess staff
- Conduct regular room inspections and ensure students follow hostel rules
- Handle emergency situations and inform higher authorities when required
- Organize hostel meetings and coordinate with parents about student welfare when necessary
