Qualification: 

• Associate Professor/Assistant Professor/Senior Residents- MD/MS in Emergency Medicine/General Medicine/ General Surgery/Anesthesiology/Pulmonary Medicine/Orthopaedics. MD/MS/DNB in the respective specialization. Experience as per NMC norms
• Staff Nurses- B.Sc (Nur)/GNM.
• Quality Manager- Master’s degree in Hospital Administration/Healthcare Management, preferably with MBBS/ BAMS/ BDS background. Minimum of 8 years experience in Quality Management or similar roles in the Healthcare sector with sound knowledge of quality assurance tools, methods and concepts. Candidates with experience in NABH/JCI accreditation will be preferred.
• Insurance Co-Ordinator- Graduate with prior experience of working in the insurance department in a medium/ large hospital. He/ She should be conversant in handling insurance claims, scrutinizing & authenticating cashless claim documents, follow-up on claims with insurance companies, claim settlement, health card management etc. Candidates who have retired from insurance companies/ banks with similar experience may also apply.
• RSO for Nuclear Medicine dept- Post-Graduate/ Graduate/ P.G diploma in Nuclear Medicine Technology from a recognized Institution/ University. Approval of RSO-II and training certification to handle I-131 therapy.
• Bone Marrow Transplant Technician- Diploma or Bachelors in Medical Lab Technology with experience in Bone Marrow Transplant technique/ process
• Cardiac Staff Nurses- GNM/ B.Sc (Nursing) with work experience in CCU/ Cath lab.
