Job description – Senior Trainer/ Trainer
Essential Responsibilities
- To execute training curriculum with NSDC standards
- Prepare training schedules classroom agenda and training materials such as presentations worksheets and so on
- Perform training sessions in groups or individually as per lesson plans
- Manage data on completed courses
- Work closely with coordinator to ensure 100% attendance of the students in each class.
- Ensure that all the candidates in the class have 100% concept clarity
- Take ownership of batch success and concept assimilation
- Provide actionable feedback to candidates on homework and in general class behavior
- Ensure that all the candidates are well-prepared to attended interviews
- Manage and overlook responsibilities among multiple stakeholders and ensure efficient and timely delivery of outcomes.
Additional Responsibilities
- Create and review technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Monitor and analyse the results of training programs and improve suitably
- Evaluate the overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
- Work closely with the curriculum development team to suggest and make recommendations based on the data in accordance with the key metrics.
Qualification:
- M.E/ M. Tech EEE Stream/ ECE Stream/ Mechatronics/ Robotics
Skill Requirement:
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Preferred experience in curriculum development and training but not essential
Experience:
- ME/ M. Tech – preferable, with 2 years of teaching / training / Industrial experience – fresher’s can also apply
Job Location: Hosur, Krishnagiri District, Tamilnadu
Pay Scale: As per Er Perumal Manimekalai Institution(s) Salary Norms.
