Organization Profile: The Karnataka Central Diocese is one of the 24 dioceses of the Church of South India (CSI), a united Protestant church that was formed in 1947 by the merger of several Anglican, Methodist, Presbyterian, Congregational and Reformed churches in South India. The diocese covers the central and northern regions of the state of Karnataka, with its headquarters in Bangalore. The diocese has about 150 congregations, 100 pastors, 50 evangelists and 15 institutions, serving a population of about 150,000 people. The diocese is divided into six districts: Bangalore, Kolar, Tumkur, Chitradurga, Davangere and Bellary.

- ARPANA – CSI School for Special Education, Bangalore: Superintendent (Male /Female)
- United Mission Degree College, Bangalore: Principal (Male / Female)
Eligibility & General Criteria:
- All Academic Degrees must be through regular stream from recognized Universities.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in School/College Administration.
- Age: 50 years & above.
- For BCGS: Post Graduate with B.Ed. having 15 years of teaching experience in ICSE /CBSE/ International School.
- For ARPANA: Post Graduate (in Social Work or Psychology) with B.Ed. (in Special Education is preferred) having 10 years of teaching experience in a Special School and a Certificate from Rehabilitation Council of India.
- For UMDC: Ph.D. with a Post Graduate Degree (Science I Commerce/ Humanities), having 15 years of teaching experience in a Degree College.
- Salary: As per Diocesan Rules (negotiable for deserving candidates).
- All Posts are transferable.
Candidate Profile:
- Fluency in English & Computer knowledge is must.
- Candidate should complete UG/PG in respective discipline
- Good communication skills
- Flair for educating children and creating talents
- Commitment towards work.
