Required Educational Qualifications for Assistant Professor (Management): Candidates should have
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA)/PGDBM or a relevant allied discipline with minimum 60% marks

- Master’s degree with 55% marks (or equivalent grade) in a concerned, relevant or allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
- NET conducted by the UGC or CSIR, or a similar UGC accredited test like SLET/SET
- Candidates awarded a Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 and their amendments are exempted from NET/SLET/SET
- Alternatively, a Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked among the top 500 in the QS, THE or ARWU rankings
- Desirable: Skill in digital teaching tools, LMS and AI-enabled applications
- Knowledge of Urdu, as explained below
Required Educational Qualifications for Assistant Professor (Education, B.Ed. Programme): Candidates should have
- Postgraduate degree in the discipline relevant to the area of specialization, such as Pedagogy of Physical Science and Mathematics, with minimum 55% marks
- Postgraduate degree in Education (M.Ed./M.A. Education) with minimum 55% marks
- NET or SLET/SET, or a Ph.D. as per UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 and their amendments
- Alternatively, a Ph.D. from a foreign university ranked among the top 500 in the QS, THE or ARWU rankings
- Preferable: Pedagogy of Physical Science and Mathematics
- Desirable: Skill in digital teaching tools, LMS and AI-enabled applications

Knowledge of Urdu (all posts): Urdu is compulsory for all teaching posts, since the medium of instruction is Urdu. Candidates should either be from an Urdu medium school or Madarsa, or should have studied Urdu as a subject at Class X, +2, UG or PG level from a recognized board or university.
Candidate Profile: The University is looking for candidates who
- Are technology-savvy and can teach with digital tools and LMS
- Can use AI-enabled applications for teaching and academic content development
- Are willing to be posted at MANUU Headquarters in Hyderabad or at other institutions of the University, as needed
- May be retired teachers (Professors, Associate Professors or Assistant Professors) from Government recognized institutions, below 65 years of age
