Job Summary
Aries Polytechnic College is seeking a motivated and qualified Female Physical Educator to promote physical fitness, sportsmanship, and overall well-being among students through structured physical education programs and sports activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and conduct physical education classes and fitness training programs
- Organize and coach indoor and outdoor sports activities
- Identify and train students for inter-college and university-level sports events
- Maintain discipline and ensure student safety during physical activities
- Manage and maintain sports equipment and playground facilities
- Conduct fitness assessments and monitor students’ physical development
- Encourage participation in physical activities and promote a healthy lifestyle
- Coordinate and organize annual sports meets and college-level tournaments
- Maintain records related to sports activities and achievements
Qualification & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Education (B.P.Ed) or equivalent
- Master’s Degree in Physical Education (M.P.Ed) is an added advantage
- Freshers or candidates with relevant teaching/coaching experience may apply
- Must meet AICTE / State Board / institutional norms
Key Skills
- Strong knowledge of physical education, fitness, and sports training
- Ability to coach multiple sports disciplines
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Leadership and motivational skills
- Knowledge of first aid and basic sports injury management
- Ability to maintain discipline and ensure safety
- Energetic, enthusiastic, and student-focused approach
