Qualification:For Assistant Professor, Ph.D. with a First Class or equivalent (in terms of grades etc.) at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout, is required. Candidates about to finish their PhD in the next few months can also apply. Should have demonstrated potential to publish in ABDC A*/A/B ranked journals and commitment to high quality teaching, using a blended learning approach. An interest in HR analytics would be desirable. Industry/consulting experience as well as teaching experience is preferred.
For Associate Professor, Ph.D. with a First Class or equivalent (in terms of grades, etc.) at the preceding degree, with a very good academic record throughout is required. In addition, the candidate should have:
• a minimum of 6 or more years of teaching, research and/or industry experience of which at least 3 years are at the Assistant Professor or equivalent level
• published a minimum of one paper in ABDC A*/A ranked journals or equivalent list as first author.
• served as the Thesis advisor of at least one student and served in the Doctoral Committee of a few more students.
• have an acceptable level of teaching performance as per students rating for the courses taught in the past three years
• participated in institutional and/or public services through various activities and committees.
An interest in digital and data driven marketing would be desirable.
