Job Title: Admission Counselor

Key Responsibilities:
- Counsels prospective students through their enrollment process by engaging in a consultative dialogue to address the student concerns in a professional manner communicating the key differentiators of Amrita AHEAD.
- Coordinates student admission process and answers admission enquiries.
- Works with Amrita AHEAD marketing and admissions team members to coordinate marketing campaigns.
- Creates dynamic written, graphic, and video content for social media.
- Assists with direct mail, phone and email follow-up with student prospects and applicants
- Organizes events, workshops and seminars.
- Generates reports on marketing and sales metrics.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Hindi speaking is a must
- Good speaking ability in any one of the following languages: Marathi/ Telugu/ Kannada/ Bengali is preferred.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, marketing, communications, English or a related field
- 1 – 2 years of experience as a marketing associate, marketing assistant, or a related position.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Prior experience at an educational institution or a university is preferred
