Job Description:

• Setting up schedules. lesson plans and selecting learning material and resources that will help achieve curriculum objectives.
• Analyzing needs, interests, strengths, and weaknesses of students and developing lesson plans in accordance with these factors.
• Establishing classroom and debating rules and ensuring all students obey these rules.
• Developing study materials in the prescribed format and issuing the same to the students.
• Organizing field trips and ensuring permission slips arc handed out and signed in a timely manner.
• Organizing seminars/webinars. staff training conferences, hands-on training workshops, and other ongoing learning programs.
• Motivational and career guidance to the students.
• Informing students of learning opportunities and preparing them for formal debates and other events

Candidate Profile:

• The candidate should be able to speak and write fluently in English.
• The candidate is expected to contribute to the scholarship and intellectual life of our college by conducting high-quality teaching as appropriate and as instructed by the principal.
• Should have a passion for teaching and commitment to uplifting the student’s academic and non-academic events.
• Should have sound knowledge in their respective field and be ready to take a presentation at the time of the interview
