Required Educational Qualifications for Guest Faculty in Public Administration and Mass Communication: Candidates should have
- Master’s degree with 55% marks (or an equivalent grade) in a concerned, relevant or allied subject from an Indian University, or an equivalent degree from an accredited foreign university
- NET conducted by the UGC or CSIR, or a similar UGC accredited test like SLET/SET
- Candidates awarded a Ph.D. degree as per UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016 and their amendments are exempted from NET/SLET/SET
- Alternatively, a Ph.D. degree from a foreign university ranked among the top 500 in the QS, THE or ARWU world rankings
Required Educational Qualifications for Guest Faculty in Civil Engineering: Candidates should have
- B.E./B.Tech/B.S. and M.E./M.Tech/M.S., or Integrated M.Tech., in the relevant branch
- First class or equivalent in any one of the degrees
- Candidates with a Ph.D. after the Bachelor’s degree from an Institution of National Importance with GATE/GPAT/CEED are also eligible
Required Experience: Experience is not stated as compulsory, but it is considered during screening
- Teaching, post-doctoral or professional experience is counted only if the salary or honorarium was at least Rs 25,000 per month
