Required Educational Qualifications for Guest Teacher: Candidates should have
- Master’s degree in the relevant subject of Agriculture faculty with at least 55% marks (or equivalent grade 6.50 on a 10.00 scale) and a good academic record
- NET (National Eligibility Test) along with one publication in a NAAS rated referred journal, for candidates having a Master’s degree
- For PhD holders, NET can be waived if the PhD was done with course work as per UGC Regulations 2009 and the candidate has at least two full length publications with a NAAS rating of not less than 4 on the last date of application
- PhD without course work does not qualify for NET exemption
Age Limit: Maximum 40 years, with 5 years relaxation for ST, SC, OBC and women candidates as per Chhattisgarh Government rules.
