Eligibility Criteria:
- Graduate degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Journalism, Digital Marketing, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in social media management/content creation; freshers with strong practical skills may also be considered
What the Institute is Looking For:
- Good knowledge of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms
- Strong content writing, communication, and creative skills
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and video editing tools such as Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro, or similar software
- Ability to create engaging Reels/Shorts and visual content
- Good photography/videography skills will be an added advantage
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and coordinate with different departments
Responsibilities:
- Manage and regularly update social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels
- Create engaging posts, reels, stories, videos, captions, and promotional content
- Develop and implement a monthly social media content calendar
- Cover and promote institute events, activities, achievements, admissions, and campus initiatives
- Monitor comments, messages, engagement, and audience feedback
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports
- Coordinate with the Marketing, Academic, and other departments for content collection
- Stay updated with current social media trends, formats, hashtags, and platform algorithms
- Support digital marketing and admission campaigns as required
