Essential Qualification:

• For Research Assistant, a postgraduate degree in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks is required, with preference given to candidates having NET, M.Phil., or Ph.D.
• For Field Investigator, a graduate degree in any Social Science discipline with a minimum of 55% marks is required, with preference given to candidates having a four-year undergraduate programme background.

Desirable: Candidates with experience in Remote Sensing, GIS, Google Earth Engine, processing of satellite datasets such as MODIS, Landsat, Sentinel and ERA5, and skills in Python or R programming are preferred. Knowledge of household surveys, GPS-based data collection, spatial statistics, and willingness to travel extensively across Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh will be an advantage.

Emoluments per month: Research Assistant – Rs. 37,000 consolidated per month, Field Investigator – Rs. 20,000 consolidated per month
