• For Food Technology, Engineering, and Sugar Engineering posts, a Ph.D. degree in the relevant field with first class or equivalent at Bachelor’s or Master’s level, a minimum of 10 years of experience in teaching, research, or industry, of which at least 3 years must be at a level equivalent to Associate Professor, a total API score of 120, and at least 6 research publications at Associate Professor level along with 2 successfully guided Ph.D. candidates, or alternatively at least 10 research publications at Associate Professor level

Desirable: Working experience in the Sugar Industry is desirable for the Sugar Engineering post, and working experience in Sugar Technology or the Sugar Industry is desirable for the Sugar Technology post
