Key Responsibilities
- Deliver structured training on Data Structures & Algorithms using Java 2. Teach Java fundamentals, OOP concepts, and Spring Framework (Spring Boot preferred)
- Train students on problem-solving across platforms like LeetCode, CodeChef, HackerRank
- Guide students through Easy → Medium → Hard problem progression 5. Conduct live coding sessions, mock interviews, and contests
- Mentor students individually to improve coding, logic building, and optimization skills
- Track student performance and provide actionable feedback
- Build discipline, consistency, and competitive mindset among students
Required Skills
Strong expertise in:
- Data Structures & Algorithms
- Core Java (Collections, Multithreading, OOP)
- Spring Framework / Spring Boot
- Hands-on experience solving problems on platforms like:
- LeetCode / CodeChef (minimum Medium-level proficiency expected)
Deep understanding of:
- Time & Space Complexity analysis
- Problem-solving patterns (Sliding Window, DP, Graphs, Recursion, etc.) Ability to explain complex concepts in a clear, structured, and engaging way
