Qualification :
- Commerce
- Computer Science
- Business Administration
Distinction in PG / First class PG with Ph.D/NET/SET in the relevant subjects.
Job Title / Designation: HR, Hostel Supervisor, Campus Supervisor, Security for the following roles.
Qualification
HR (Human Resources)
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline)
- Preferred: Degree / Diploma in HR / Business Administration
- Basic knowledge of recruitment, records, and policies
- Good communication and computer skills
Hostel Supervisor
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (any stream)
- Experience in hostel/wardenship or student management preferred
- Ability to handle residents, discipline, and daily operations
- Basic computer and record–keeping skills
Campus Supervisor
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree
- Experience in administration, supervision, or facilities management preferred
- Ability to coordinate staff, monitor campus activities, and report issues
- Good communication and leadership skills
Security
- Minimum 10th or 12th pass
- Physically fit and alert
- Prior security/military/police experience preferred (but not always mandatory)
- Basic ability to read, write, and follow instructions
Job Location: Rasipuram, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu
