Minimum Educational Requirements 

• Bachelor’s Degree: Preferably in Engineering, Technology, Management, or  Business Administration 
• Master’s Degree (Preferred): MBA or equivalent in Human Resources,  Management, Career Counseling, or Industrial Relations 

Desirable Experience / Background 

• Prior experience in Training & Placement, Career Guidance, HR, or  Corporate Relations 
• Familiarity with top industry hiring practices, recruitment cycles, and  emerging job trends in India 
• Experience in student mentoring, employability workshops, and alumni  engagement programs 

Skills and Job Responsibilities 

• Establish and nurture long-term partnerships with leading recruiters, MNCs,  startups, and core engineering organizations 
• Strengthen and expand the recruiter base through proactive industry outreach  and effective alumni engagement 
• Continuously align and benchmark placement strategies with emerging industry  trends and market demands 
• Plan, coordinate, and execute end-to-end campus placement drives to achieve  high placement conversion rates 
• Coordinate and manage pre-placement talks, aptitude tests, technical  assessments, and interview processes
• Ensure seamless coordination among recruiters, students, faculty members, and  institutional management 
• Design and implement structured, year-wise employability and career-readiness  roadmaps from first year to final year 
• Facilitate internships, live projects, and industrial training opportunities in  collaboration with industry partners 
• Promote industry-certified programs, value-added courses, and skill-based  learning initiatives 
• Organize and facilitate industry expert lectures, workshops, seminars, and  hackathons 
• Analyze placement data including CTC trends, sector-wise recruitment patterns,  and student performance metrics 
• Plan and conduct alumni–industry interaction programs and structured  mentorship initiatives
