Position: Academic Coordinator
Job Location: Needamangalam, Thiruvarur, Tamil Nadu
Qualification: Postgraduate degree in any subject, B.Ed. or M.Ed. preferred.
Experience & Eligibility:
- Minimum 5–8 years of teaching experience in Matriculation schools
- At least 3–5 years of experience in academic leadership roles (Coordinator / Vice Principal)
- Strong knowledge of the Matriculation syllabus and examination patterns
Skills & Competencies
- Academic supervision and classroom observation skills
- Teacher mentoring and professional development capability
- Result-oriented and disciplined approach
- Ability to manage teachers across all grades
- Strong documentation and inspection-handling skills
