About the Institute:

Velagapudi Ramakrishna Siddhartha Engineering College was established in the year 1977, as a first self-financing Engineering College in the composite state of Andhra Pradesh. The college is in Autonomous Status from 2006 onwards granted by UGC, permanently affiliated to JNTUK, Kakinada and approved by AICTE. The College was declared as Siddhartha Academy of Higher Education, Deemed to be University by MoE, GOI, under section 3 of UGC Act, 1956 in March, 2024. The institute is accredited by NAAC with A+ grade. All the UG programs are accredited by NBA under OBE Tier–I format and 5 PG in Engineering programs are also accredited once. The institute ranked with 151 – 200 Band in NIRF-2025, NIRF-2024 as well as in NIRF-2023, at 141 in NIRF-2022, 178 in NIRF-2021, 156 in NIRF-2020 and 171 in NIRF-2019 by MoE and also stood at good rankings given by various national survey magazines. The institute Ranked (51-100) in 2023 – NIRF Innovations, Band ‘A’ institution (6-25 rank) in 2020 and ‘Excellent’ category in 2021 under the category “Colleges/Institutes (Private / Self Financed) (Technical)”in ARIIA (Atal Ranking of Institutions on Innovation achievements) by MoE, GoI. The college received AICTE – CII IndPact award for best Industry-Linked Institute for Civil Engineering & Allied Institute and rated platinum for five consecutive years 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020 & 2021. The sponsoring society of the college is recognized as SIRO by DSIR, MST, GoI. This is the only private engineering college granted with “Margdarshan Scheme” by AICTE in 2018 in the state of AP. The college has 20+ collaborative labs & COE’s supported by Siemens, Dassault, IBM, DST, NI, Oracle, Apple, CISCO etc., The college is offering consultancy services in A.P. and earned more than Rs.12 Crores during the last 5 years. The institute has received R & D projects worth of more than Rs.8.0 Crores for the last 6 years funded by UGC, AICTE, DST, DRDO etc. The college has worthy placement record, competent faculty with more than 200 Ph.D’s. The laboratories in the Civil Engineering department are accredited by NABL.

Job Title: Corporate & Institutional Relations Liaison Officer.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and sustain partnerships with corporates, NGOs, and government agencies
• Coordinate proposals, MoUs, grant applications, and agreements
• Manage project-related documentation and partnership databases
• Organize outreach and engagement events
• Oversee project execution and report outcomes to leadership

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Management, Social Sciences, Public Policy, or related fields
• 4–8 years of experience in corporate relations, CSR, or liaison roles
• Experience in the higher education sector is an added advantage

Skills & Attributes:

• Excellent communication, networking, and proposal-writing skills
• Strong understanding of CSR mechanisms
• Strategic, self-driven approach with strong coordination capabilities

Preferred:

• Experience working with corporates, NGOs, or government bodies
• Strong professional network and familiarity with grant processes
