Job Title/Designation: HR Manager & HR Executive
Qualification & Eligibility: HR Manager
Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum 2 years of experience in core HR roles, preferably in education, corporate, or hospitality sectors. Familiarity with labour laws and HR best practices. Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, Google Workspace; knowledge of any HRMS is a plus.
Salary – ₹30,000–₹40,000/month (based on experience)
Qualification & Eligibility: HR Executives
Bachelor’s degree in HR/Commerce/Administration. 1–3 years of relevant experience in HR or office coordination. Basic knowledge of recruitment, documentation, and employee lifecycle. Good verbal and written communication. Familiarity with Excel, Google Workspace, and office coordination.
Salary – ₹18,000–₹25,000/month
