Job Title: Soft Skill & Aptitude Trainer
Qualification: Master’s Degree with First class in all the preceding degrees
Job roles and Responsibilities:
- Conduct interactive sessions on communication skills, interview techniques, group discussions, and presentation skills.
- Train students on interpersonal, leadership, and team-building skills & Quantitative Aptitude and conduct weekly aptitude assessments.
- Plan and deliver modules on corporate etiquette, goal setting, and professional behavior.
- Organize mock interviews, role-plays, and confidence-building activities.
- Work closely with the Training and Placement Cell to align sessions with industry expectations.
- Continuously assess and provide feedback to students to help them improve.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Excellent command over English (verbal and written).
- Strong presentation, motivational, and mentoring abilities.
- Ability to connect with students and inspire confidence.
- Creative and energetic approach to training sessions.
Experience: minimum of 1 year of experience in conducting Aptitude / Soft skill training to college students.
