Professor & Head of the Department (HoD) – MBA / Assistant / Associate Professors – MBA
Qualification & Experience for Professor & Head of the Department (HoD):
- Ph.D. (Mandatory) in Management from a recognized university.
- 15–20 years of teaching and administrative experience in Management Education.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as Head of the Department (MBA) in a reputed institution.
Preferred Attributes:
- Strong academic and research orientation with publications in reputed journals.
- Result-oriented leader with proven ability to drive academic excellence and institutional growth.
- Experience in Entrepreneurship Development, Industry Collaboration, and Student Mentoring.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Assistant / Associate Professors – MBA
Qualification & Experience:
- Ph.D. in Management / Commerce from a recognized university or UGC – NET / TNSET is mandatory
- Minimum 5 years (Assistant Professor) / Minimum 15 Years (Associate Professor) of teaching experience in Management / Data Science / Data Analytics /Commerce Education.

- Strong academic and research orientation with publications in reputed journals.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
