Rukmani Ammal Educational Trust was established in the Year 1994 at Sembodai, Nagapattinam District. The trust serves better in all respects for the ievelopment of the down- trodden, socially otherwise economically backward classes of the society by way of providing the right education in the district.
Sembodai R.V. Arts and Science College was founded by Philanthropist Rtn. Dr. R. Varatharajan, M.Com, M.Ed., D.Lit., in 2020. It marks the fulfillment of his long – cherished personal ambition.The college is located in the country side with a scenic beauty of Sembodai, about I Ok.m. away from Vedaranyam and 40km away from Nagapattinam on Vailankanni – Vedaranyam Road.
