College Profile: Started in the year 2001 by the Karpaga Vinayaga Educational Trust. The institution is approved by the AICTE New Delhi, affiliated to Anna University, Chennai and accredited by the NAAC with ‘A’ grade. The institution is approved by the UGC under 2(f) and 12(B) category.
Salient features of KVCET:
The institution offers eight B.E. programmes in Automobile, Biomedical, Civil, CSE, EEE, ECE, Mechanical, Robotics and Automation and two B.Tech programmes in Artificial Intelligence & Data Science and Biotechnology. Mechanical and Biotechnology programmes are accredited by NBA. Institution also offers 7 PG programmes, in Biometrics and Cyber Security, Big data Analytics, Computer Science and Engineering (with specialization in Networks), Manufacturing, Biotechnology, Master of Computer Applications (MCA) and Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Every year, around 600 students enroll and study in KVCET. Till date, more than 12,000 Engineers have graduated from KVCET. The institution has state-of-the-art infrastructure facilities, qualified teachers and students placement record is around 90% every year.

- Associate Professor – minimum 8 years of experience, out of which 2 years Post Ph.D Experience.
- Assistant Professor – 0-5 years of Experience
(For Professors and Associate Professors, in addition to experience, sufficient number of publications as prescribed by the AICTE / Anna University is essential)
Non-teaching positions:
