Key Responsibilities:
As Placement Officer:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, corporates, and recruiting agencies.
- Organize campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and internship opportunities.
- Prepare students for placements through training sessions in resume writing, interview skills, and soft skills.
- Maintain placement records, reports, and feedback for continuous improvement.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in placement coordination.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
- Proven record of successful student placements.
