- Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 15 years of teaching experience (including minimum 3 years as Associate Professor) and successful supervision of at least 2 Ph.D. scholars.
- Associate Professor: Ph.D. with a minimum of 8 years of teaching experience (including minimum 3 years as Assistant Professor)
- Assistant Professor: Ph.D. in relevant field with minimum 3 years of teaching experience
- Research Faculty: Ph.D.+ 5 years relevant experience with excellent publication track record
