Essential Qualifications :
- Master’s degree in Law (LL.M.) from a recognized university.
- Minimum of 55% marks (or equivalent grade in a point scale) in LL.M.
- Ph. D. is mandatory
Experience :
- Minimum 8 years of teaching/research experience.
- Alternatively, 8+ years of combined teaching and industry experience.
Academic Requirements:
- A good academic record as per Bar Council of India (BCI) standards.
- Must meet the minimum API (Academic Performance Indicator) score.
- Compliance with PBAS (Performance-Based Appraisal System) requirements.
