Position: Dean-Academics
Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and mentor faculty members, promoting professional development and academic growth.

Minimum Qualification:
- A Ph.D. with a distinguished academic record.
- Minimum of 7 years of experience in academic leadership or administration.
- Proven track record of academic and research excellence.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to foster a collaborative and inclusive academic environment.
