- Admissions & Student Development: Develop strategies to improve admissions and retention, ensure student counselling and grievance handling and promote placement, internships and extracurricular activities
- Administration & Compliance: Ensure compliance with UGC, affiliating university and government requirements, maintain academic and statutory records and coordinate inspections and accreditation
- Institutional Development: Prepare and implement the annual development plan, build collaborations with universities and industries and introduce new programmes and skill-based courses
- Financial & Operational Coordination: Prepare and monitor academic budgets, ensure effective use of institutional resources and coordinate with HR, Finance and Administration
