- Professor/ Associate Professor and Assistant Professor
Departments having vacancy:
- Associate Professors: (1 Each in Bio-Science & Computer Science)
- Assistant Professors:
• TWO in each of the Specified Areas – English, Hindi, Commerce, Sociology, Bio-science
• ONE each in Economics, History, and Mathematics
Qualification:
- Professor:
• A scholar with consistent good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in Education or in the relevant discipline
• Post Graduate Degree in Arts/ Science/ Social Sciences/ Humanities/ Commerce with a minimum 55% Marks
• Post-graduate degree in Education [M.Ed./ M.A. Education .(55% Marks) and B.Ed.(55% Marks)]
• At least Ten Years of Teaching Experience in Teachers’ Education at the B.Ed. & M.Ed./ M.A. Education Level in a TEI/ University Education Department/ College out of which atleast 3-4 years at M.Ed./ M.A. Education level.
• Candidates actively engaged in Research/ Guiding Doctoral Research and Publication in peer-reviewed/ UGC Listed Journals will be preferred
• Contribution to educational innovation, design of new curricula and courses, and other academic initiatives will be preferred
• Proficiency in English and conversant knowledge of ICT usages essential
• Experience in NAAC-related work including IQAR/ SSR will be preferred - Associate Professor:
• A good academic record with a Ph.D. Degree in the relevant discipline
• Post-graduate degree in relevant discipline (Minimum 55% Marks)
• Post-graduate degree in Education [M.Ed./ M.A. Education (Minimum 55% Marks), and also B.Ed.( Minimum 55% Marks)
• Any other qualification prescribed by UGC like NET or equivalent Test accredited by UGC.
• A minimum of 8 years of teaching experience in a TEI/ University Education Dept./ College etc. as an Assistant Professor.
• Published work (As per UGC Guidelines) in the relevant area of specialization.
• Proficiency in English and conversant with ICT usage preferred
• Knowledge of NAAC work like IQAC & SSR preparation etc. preferred - Assistant Professor:
• Post Graduate Degree with Minimum 55% Marks in the relevant discipline, B.Ed. (Minimum 55% Marks), M.Ed./ M.A. Education (Minimum 55% Marks)
• NET (or equivalent Test accredited by UGC) / Ph.D.
• Candidates with proficiency in ICT usage will be preferred.
• Published work (As per UGC Guidelines) in the relevant area of specialization
