Qualification:
-Master’s degree in Management
-Proven experience in corporate relationship management, career services, or relevant fields with a minimum of 4 years of experience.
-Strong understanding of the corporate hiring landscape, recruitment processes, and industry trends.
-Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
-Well-organized and detail-oriented with excellent project management capabilities.
-Proficiency in using CRM tools and data analytics for reporting.
Job Summary:The Senior Manager – Industry Interactions will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with corporations, coordinating student placements for both undergraduate and postgraduate students at Amity International Business School (AIBS). This role will require the individual to organize industry-centric events, attract new recruiters, and foster a proactive environment for students to connect with industry professionals. The Senior Manager will play a pivotal role in enhancing the placement and industry engagement efforts of AIBS.
