Job Title: HR Manager

HR Manager: Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration with minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in education field.  Should have strong knowledge in recruitment, payroll and all other HR policies.

Candidate Profile:

  1. Good at handling day-to-day HR Operations in the organization
  2. Proficient in implementation of recruitment process
  3. Familiar with new employees’ joining and induction processes
  4. Able to Handle:
    • Employee engagement, welfare and grievance redressal
    • Employee personal data and records management
    • Statutory compliance and payroll management
    • Monthly attendance and leave records management
    • Performance Management System and compensation and benefits

Required Skills / Attributes:

  1. Master’s Degree in HR mandatory
  2. Proven Experience as HR Professional, preferably in education sector
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  4. Positive, Go-getter attitude, Ability to deal with people politely & Willingness to learn.
  5. Sound knowledge in all HR functions is essential.
