Job Title: HR Manager
HR Manager: Master’s degree in Human Resources / Business Administration with minimum 5 years of experience in HR management, preferably in education field. Should have strong knowledge in recruitment, payroll and all other HR policies.
Candidate Profile:
- Good at handling day-to-day HR Operations in the organization
- Proficient in implementation of recruitment process
- Familiar with new employees’ joining and induction processes
- Able to Handle:
- Employee engagement, welfare and grievance redressal
- Employee personal data and records management
- Statutory compliance and payroll management
- Monthly attendance and leave records management
- Performance Management System and compensation and benefits
Required Skills / Attributes:
- Master’s Degree in HR mandatory
- Proven Experience as HR Professional, preferably in education sector
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Positive, Go-getter attitude, Ability to deal with people politely & Willingness to learn.
- Sound knowledge in all HR functions is essential.
